Data Acquisition M1500 Series Signal Conditioning System

4 to 2048 or more Programmable Channels, Computer Controlled

The M1500 is designed for use in high channel count applications to address the need for space conservation and cost effective interfacing with computer based Data Acquisition systems where high sample rates together with hifh accuracy and repeatability are essential.

For fast sampling the system interfaces directtly with the MicroStar range of ISA and PCI data acquisition cards. However, the system architecture also enables easy interfacing with any high performance PC based data acquisition card. The M1500 series housing is a standard Eurocard chassis that accepts up to 16 Signal Conditioner cards giving a total of 64 channel per housing. A MULTIPLEX version is available which uses the Data Acquisition card multiplex control lines thus enabling the acquisition of up to 256 channels into one DA card. The Signal Conditioner cards all have 4 input channels and offer a range of different functions thus enabling the user to "mix and match" transducer and conditioner functionality to suit any particular application. Gain sethngs and zero/cal functions can be set automatically or are fully controllable by the remote computer.Movements can supply a full system integration package, with Signal Conditioning, Computer and bespoke software for the complete solution to your data acquisition requirement. The Signal Conditioning cards can provide for the following sensors: Strain Gauge; Accelerometer; Pressure; Thermocouple; RID; LVDI; Voltage / Current; lOP and Piezo resistive. Data Acquisition System M4000 Series

M4000 Data Acqusition System

M4000 is a Acquisition Analysis Recording System develop by Micro Movements based on the integration of three well proven products into a unitary system to give a modern and convenient man/machine interface with established hardware reliability and flexibility.

M4000 brings ether software, computer hardware, signal conditioning, ADC, DAC, Pentium processor, keyboard, mouse and TFT display in a rugged metal housing. The system operates under Windows 95® and uses SnapMaster graphical data acquisition analysis software for data recording, display, analysis , playback and manipulation.

The entire package is simple to use with a standard operating system thus reducing training needs. It is easy to configure to a specific task by a technician and once set, can be used by an operator. The unit can operate in a mobile or fixed installation and accommodates 16 channels of differing sensors.

The signal conditioning modules used are interchangeable with those already in use by many customers in our existing range of M1000 Signal Conditioners and 12/150 Recorders. The Complete System in one box...that’s the M4000, giving comprehensive signal conditioning, recording and analysis under Windows operating environment.

Data Acquisition B+S M3 INTEGRA

B+S M3 INTEGRA

Completely integrated mobile data acquisition system not much bigger than a laptop computer. Typical B+S all-in-one design: No external analog signal conditioning. No third-party software to configure first itself and second the system. No faint display on a fragile laptop. The M3 INTEGRA features typical high quality B+S electronics in a rugged machined all-aluminum housing with an integrated super bright TFT display.

Even though the size is small, the features look like the ones of a much larger system. You can simultaneously record analog data coming from external speed sensors, thermocouples, strain gage based sensors and information gathered from your controller bus such as CAN, SCP, ABS, J1850, or other controllers. The B+S M3 INTEGRA keeps all of this information timesynchronized in memory or on hard disk, so that you can look at the status of your controller bus at the exact moment of an analog event.

Since the heart of the system is a Pentium-Class personal computer, you don't have to transfer your data to another system. There is enough space on the up to two hard disks, enough memory, enough computing power to run your analysis software right on the same system. There are, however, a lot of interfaces allowing you a fast and reliable transfer, be it through media (e.g. a ZIP drive at the parallel port) or using the RJ45 universal twisted pair network interface.

Another feature of the M3 INTEGRA is its expandability. You can buy a basic system now and add modules in the future as your application requires. You can choose from our steadily expanding range of modules.
